Professor Freeman has written several articles on the Supreme Court’s major administrative law and environmental law decisions. She is a frequent guest essayist in the New York Times and other outlets on the implications of the Court’s decisions for environmental and climate policy and the balance of power among the courts, the president and Congress. She has authored or co-authored amicus briefs in leading climate cases, including Massachusetts v. EPA, and regularly advises government and non-profit parties on litigation strategy in environmental and climate cases.
